NATUROPATHY
Naturopathy is a bio-natural multidiscipline aimed at consolidating the individual’s wellbeing, intended as global and indivisible entity of body, mind and emotions, according to the holistic vision.
The Naturopath stimulates the vital force and supports the body’s spontaneous self-regulating capacity, the innate health expressed in human physiology, from conception on, working as a support of the human natural resources.
The Naturopath considers the disturbance as the result, the response of the body to an unnatural life condition causing energy and/or functional disturbances. Thus, the Naturopath searches for the cause and invites clients to a healthier lifestyle, to become aware and know themselves, and take on responsibility for their own wellbeing.
Food education (food for the body) along with meditation and relaxation techniques, aimed at enhancing self-listening and self-managing stress (food for thought) contribute to guiding clients towards better relationships between themselves and the external world.
Along the path reconnecting to original health, Naturopaths facilitate the clients with non invasive techniques such as Reflexology and Kinesiology; they can suggest natural solutions such as herbal supplements and/or oligo-elements favouring drainage and detoxification, and rebalancing terrain. They can also suggest vibrational remedies, such as flower remedies, useful in reharmonizing moods and emotions.
Illness is not a cruelty in itself nor a punishment, but only a correction, an instrument that our soul uses to show our errors, to prevent us from making even worse mistakes, to lead us back to the way of truth and light, from which we shouldn’t have strayed.
E. Bach
The cause for all diseases is the accumulation of waste and impurities due to bad living habits. Eliminating such toxic matter from our body is what nature has always intended to do. It is through detoxification that the healing from inside can start.

The Olos training program is designed to develop multidisciplinary holistic knowledge and skills, offering the possibility to become familiar with a number of health-related philosophical approaches. The training program aims also at developing the students’ abilities to integrate different detection maps and synergistic treatment methods to apply in professional practice.
Among the non-invasive and natural rebalancing techniques that Naturopaths can use, the bio-natural disciplines included in the Academy’s offer are particularly significant. Practitioners can improve their knowledge of and specialize in these disciplines.
